Invisible Character Spawn

After playing in a match for a few minutes my character and other people's character spawns invisible. I can move around and partially do things but I can't see myself, the crosshair so I can't aim, I can't see my weapon's heat indicator, and I can't see other people except their tags floating above where they would be. This makes the game unplayable to me and it's a shame EA is doing nothing about it. I can't even get on a LIVE chat with support.😞

Has anyone else experienced this yet? Has anyone else gotten through to support with this issue? ☹️

    I have not experienced this (on PC).

    It may help to mention what platform you are on.

    Also, have you tried searching the forum? There are multiple, existing posts on this issue, like this one.

    This is happening on PS4. Most notably in all maps of Galactic Assault. I just noticed that when this happens the soldier classes, heroes, and villain models also disappear in the menu before re-spawning.

    I know they’re not upgrading the game anymore but does EA think the game is solid? Are they just going to keep it running like this until it malfunctions? Do they not care about selling a broken product to newbies?
