Invisible Character Spawn

After playing in a match for a few minutes my character and other people's character spawns invisible. I can move around and partially do things but I can't see myself, the crosshair so I can't aim, ...

This is happening on PS4. Most notably in all maps of Galactic Assault. I just noticed that when this happens the soldier classes, heroes, and villain models also disappear in the menu before re-spawning.

I know they’re not upgrading the game anymore but does EA think the game is solid? Are they just going to keep it running like this until it malfunctions? Do they not care about selling a broken product to newbies?
