I'm really sorry for this situation, really serious BUGs. I wouldn't play this game if I had to face these everytime.
Unfortunately I have nothing to suggest aside from generic troubleshoot options, some of which you mentioned you already tried. I suppose you already tried chatting with EA Help directly, right? They usually fix those very obscure and unique issues relatively fast, and this situation seems to be one of them. Aside from that, the best i can suggest is to try to reach EA Staff here in AHQ and see if they can guide you to somewhere you can fix your issue.
