Ion disruptor doesn't work with assaults flash gun card

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play Crait map and play as assault and have flash gun card equipped. Grab ion disruptor from ground and try to fire at the walker.
What happens when the bug occurs? Even though it said clearly "Fire" on the walkers the ion disruptor didn't start the charging up. Attempted it twice and at both times at both times the disruptor refused to fire.
What do you expect to see? Ion disruptor should start charging up for firing when on range with the walkers.
