I am also having this issue on PS4. I will attach some photos. The claim button is greyed out.
I'm on PS4 and when I finished the milestone for the gun it greyed out on me, but it fixed itself once I did a system update. The other two attachments happened both in the last few hours and I have yet to receive them. It's really frustrating putting all that time in to have it wasted at the end. My friend was playing with me and had it happen to him on the second attachment for the second heavy gun.

Nice, yet not at the same time, that I know I am not the only one with this issue...
