8 years agoThe rebels steal an AT-AT, why would that give them the ability to order an orbital strike from a Star Destroyer?
The only thing they need to fix is making visible that you can't actually use the ability.

- 8 years agoIf the Rebels can steal an AT-ST and trick the Imperials to open the backdoor to the shield generator in Return of The Jedi, then they can trick a nearby Imperial starship to fire an orbital strike on a "friendly" group of Imperial troops.

Actually that is the problem because someone released a video showing that someone was able to use the stolen ATAT ability on endor. He got in a ATAT when someone else was in it and the ATAT's was cooling down, meaning it had been used. So someone was able to use it. They can always excuse it as a Y-wing bomber attack.

Well, I just read the "list of known issues" that EA released last week, and it turns out that the failure for the orbital strike to work in the hijacked ATAT is considered a bug by their team. So maybe it WAS always supposed to work. So let's see what happens. HOWEVER...there was no mention of the terribly glitchy ATAT on Hoth on that list.
