Issues with the EOR matchmaking system - examples

In which game mode the problem occurred? Strike
What exactly is the problem? - Strike won't start a game until the teams are exactly even, this means if someone drops out it won't start a game, i've spent more time waiting in the lobby for the game to start than actually playing it's ridiculous. Someone decides to quit in the middle of the countdown, now we're waiting for a new player and the countdown is reset. Whatever you did to this mode, for matchmaking, it sucks.
