EA Staff (Retired)Why am I forced after almost every game to matchmake? This makes no sense why do I have to do it, it is a good feature but it should be optional. It doesn’t make sense as even having a very fun and even game I’m forced to matchmake but when my team gets hammered it doesn’t matchmake. Since Dooku came out he’s the only hero I wanna play as but I can’t because it puts me on the light side in HVV most of the time and when the game ends it matchmakes me into yet another light side or if I’m on the dark side Dooku is already taken. Same goes for GA I want to be able to play both sides of each map instead of being forced to matchmake. This feature makes no sense to me, please remove it. Thank you.

Not sure it will get any response from the developers, this is an ongoing issue that has been reported in many threads on the official FORUM.
There is a Megathread, which was actually started by them, but it has been hidden, rather than being front page, and has masses of complaints.
Any new threads on the issue are deleted and the person posting it are warned not to discuss the subject.
Despite repeated complaints regarding EOR MM they have said it works which unfortunately is just wrong.
