Issues with the EOR matchmaking system - examples

  • Your username: Diegotonnn
  • On which platform do you play? PC
  • In what region are you located? Argentina
  • What ping site do you use? Brazil ~ USA Virginia
  • In which game mode the problem occurred? Almost all excluding Heroes vs Villains
  • What exactly is the problem? - Difficult matchmaking in a group: every time i play with friends (1, 2 or 3+) we got sent to an empty room, 100/100 chances.  we have to search games out of the group and then join the game in different squads... or sides if we can. This also happends a few times while playing solo. 
  • When exactly the problem occurred? - Every single time i try to play with friends.
  • (Optional) Any additional feedback?  Brazil servers are empty all the time, its a miracle if you find a match on saturdays or sundays...  We need Community Servers like EA did with Battlefield saga.. its mandatory to find rooms with people! that way you can choose where to join, in the actual matchmaking system there are 2 options: 1- Matchmake take you to an empty room.   2- you join in the middle of the match to a crowded room but at the end of the round the matchmaking rush to situation 1.
  • It takes 20~30 mins to play a game of 15min. the waitingtime is just too much !
