It won't let me choose characters after a match

Summarize your bug After I finish any match of HVV, and the map is about to change, it flashes white, and stays in the end of match screen until the next game start, in which I can't choose any new heroes because I'm stuck in the last game's EOM screen.

What is your time zone? CTT - GMT + 8:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? End a match of HV, wait until map transition. See if there's a flash and it locks you into the EOM screen until the match starts.
What happens when the bug occurs? It locks me in the EOM screen until the next match starts and a random hero is selected for me.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the EOM screen as I said.
