Again, silly.
In my opinion, the Aerials were already under powered in every format besides strike and blast considering their cost.
You get so much more value out of vehicles and heroes for the BP...
And for the light side a good wookie warrior is way better than an aerial. The only time I ever play aerial is if I'm dark side playing one of those two formats...
With normal troopers getting stronger thanks to better primaries and attachments it is hard to say that aerials have a clear edge over a normal trooper now.

Aerials were stupid op in beta. Their damage was almost on par to a wookie now, with a pistol that fired faster, plus more health than they have? They were a Bobalite for way fewer points. 3 of those and it was instant win. So they got needed, just like the wookie will be soon if they do their jobs properly. They aren't supposed to be heroes, they're supposed to use areas most can't reach for hit and runs. Ambush and move. Kill 1-2 and go. They're still useful, you just have to play them right.I'd say they are useful in blast and strike.
Outside of that... no good player that knows what he's doing is going to waste points on an aerial in their current form.
Also, with your own logic the wookie warrior is fine too. In the beta the wookie warrior was terrible so they buffed them.
It's possible to swing the pendulum to far from one side to the other. They buffed wookie warrior too hard. They nerfed aerials too hard.

aerials had 250 in beta , now they have 200
the beta map was perfect for aerials , it's why they were unusually strong , but certainly weren't op IMO
I still use aerials just because they're fun , but the drastic health nerf is way too much.Officers , Assault and Heavy now have more health than aerials with their buffs.
Why not trying to counter things instead of whining on the forums to nerf them?
Why don't developers argue back to players to suggest to counter things instead of nerfing them?
