Join button doesn't work

What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug I love playing this game and I love it even more when I play with my friends, the JOIN button just doesn't seem to work, please fix it and me and my friends would play this game way more. The problem that happens is either we get on a queue and it suddenly vanishes or you click join and nothing happens at all, this happens if you are in the person's group or not.

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Any time
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try joining a person's game.
What happens when the bug occurs? Pretty much nothing, just doesn't allow me to join a friend's game.
What do you expect to see? A simple fix.

    Hi @Trekko!

    The "malfunctioning" join button is usually an issue of either:

    A - If you are trying to join on a friend and the game you're trying to join is full, the join button can disappear/become unclickable. You are still in queue and will be put in game when there are sufficient spots on the team that your friend is in. This is just a visual bug.

    or:

    B - Very rarely the join button can appear and remain after one of your party members has left a game. From what I know there is no solution to it right now, other than to have the affected person restart the game. ☹️
