Awesome update. I have tested it extensively. Anakin is balanced correctly now. Still very strong, but not unbeatable. THANK YOUI!
And probably I was one of the more outspoken  about Anakin being op.

Other changes are also very good.
Maul new throw is good, but LS throw damage could be more.
