Have you tried changing the server ping site in-game from the settings menu yet to see if you both can remain in game that way?

Since you have two consoles on the same network it could be port related. You might have to jump into your router's admin settings and open up the port number/ranges. We have them listed here:&nbsp;https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/opening-tcp-or-udp-ports-for-connection-issues/

If one of you is on WiFi, I'd run a quick UO Trace to see how your connection is reaching our servers. Try running a report without any games being played and then one when the player on WiFi is the only one playing to compare results.
