KICK People from game who squat on the reinforcement screen?

In my opinion, the whole spawn mechanic should get an update. Having to spam the button to get a hero and not seeing the timer is also an issue. 

I too would like to see a timer in the menu. 1.5 min to 2 min would probably be balanced.
