Kicked to menu after game

Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug Kicked to the menu after match ends instead of loading the next map. Happened three matches in a row one on GA and two on Strike.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? Reneggade
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 12/13/2017
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 6 pm
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? CST - GMT - 6:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, play a game on xbox one X
What happens when the bug occurs? Kicked to the main menu while displaying the stats screen
What do you expect to see? I expect to load the next map

Never experienced this bug prior to the patch. Loaded game and tried a match of GA on Jakku, after match ended I was kicked to the main menu. Attempted 2nd Match in Strike on Kamino, after match ended I was kicked to the main menu. Attempted 3rd Match playing strike on Jakku, kicked to menu after match ended.

    I allso have this problem after the patch, you get kicked when the new screen of the map appears right? when its about 10-15 seconds left?

    Yes, as it's loading the next map I get kicked. Just happened for the 4th game in a row.

    Does it display an error message? Or does it just randomly do it with no warning?

    No error message just displays the going home screen page. I was playing solo, i just played several more matches in a party and did not experience the issue.

    I am having the same issue. While the next map loads I get kicked out. Also finding a match for a game often takes forever and when it finally does load I am the only person waiting for it to start. I have to quit back to the main screen and start all over.

    I'm from Brazil and here we have the same problem. You play one or two rounds and the game just kicked you to menu. It's awful cause you always have to search a new session every time that this happens. Everything was ok before the update. I hope ea fix that as soon as possible!!!!!!

    Same here, Xbox One, after you play both sides on a map it starts to load the next map and then goes to the main menu. No error code. Only started doing it since the last update..

    Same here. Xbox one x. On galactic assault you play one map both sides then when New map loads you get kicken to man menu. Also happens on blast but not on starfigther assault.

    Same happened after last jedi patch and if idon't leave as soon as game is over i get stuck in pre game lobby until I eventually get kicked back to main menu

    Yep, same deal. Always starts GA on Kashyyyk and boots to game select screen after awards about 10 seconds from next map...pish!
