Lagging since TLJ and server updates

The game was working mostly fine for me but since TLJ and the server update i constantly have lags when playing Heroes vs Vilains, for example when running with a Luke Skywalker he keeps moving back and forth and when I activate its abilities he often lags horribly....I lag with other heroes/vilains as well...so frustrating! its not due to my connection I tested and everything looks fine...must be EA servers AGAIN.

Also what the hell I can't play two games in a row I always go back to main menu!!!!! such a waste of time.
