Lando Calrissian Blaster will not fire, unless sprinting

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug Event started after 1/16/2018 update, Lando Calrissian cannot fire main weapon with night vision and without night vision. Lando Calrissian cannot fire with ability Sharp Shot! Lando takes focus and unloads powerful shots on up to five enemies. NOT! ONLY with sprinting will fire main blaster. Again ONLY WITH SPRINTING towards target will fire main blaster. I "NEVER" play Lando as a Hero because he is too weak, now developers have made him useless.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 01/21/2018
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 1:20pm
In what game mode did the bug occur? Heroes vs. Villains
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game as Lando Calrissian in Galactic Assault, Strike, Blast, Heroes vs. Villains and even Arcade and see for yourself.
What happens when the bug occurs? The "bug" diminishes any capacity to use Lando Calrissian's blaster on any target. You LOSE!
What do you expect to see? I EXPECT to see the primary weapon working!

    I had the same problem, but it ALSO happens with Han Solo and Bosk, idk why this happends but it makes 3 of the heroes almost usless, espescialy in battle scenarios when you have abilities turned off, then they are REALLY usless

    Yes it is quite unpleasant since this bug is unnoticed. I would begin by presenting video evidence every day of this issue.

    I now have this issue after update 2.0 Lando’s gun won’t fire at all

    All I received in two months was "we have sent this on" Two months, 60 days since the first reporting with evidence, and it is still malfunctioning. After seven completed uninstalls and resets of my Xbox One. Like okay so when you go to a mechanic for vehicle maintenance about lets say your gas pedal sticks, does he tell you "Yeah sure right we have sent that on."
