Lando Calrissian Reported Broken Hero from EA Update No Response No Support

I should clarify, as an IT Network Administrator, Desktop Technician, Apple Guru that I have taken the proper steps to identify the problem is not my controller. This event started after the update as mentioned on 01.16.2018. Furthermore I have tested this with three separate controllers Xbox Wireless Controller model 1607 (2015) edition, Xbox Wireless Controller model 1708 (2016) edition, and my latest less than one month old Microsoft Xbox Elite Controller.

I have also tested Lando Calrissian with two separate XBox EA memberships on two different consoles, an XBox One 500gb edtion (2015) and a newly purchased, rather rented Xbox One X.

When playing as Lando Calrissian, the hero, using any xbox controller, as the character is standing still, with default controller settings, pressing the right trigger, "it does not fire"

When playing as Lando Calrissian, the hero, using any xbox controller, as the character is  sprinting, with default controller settings, pressing the right trigger, "it does fire"

When playing as Lando Calrissian, the hero, using any xbox controller, as the character is standing still, with default controller settings, first pressing the left trigger "night vision" then pressing the right trigger, "it does not fire"

When playing as Lando Calrissian, the hero, using any xbox controller, as the character is standing still, with default controller settings, pressing both the left bumber and right bumper for the ability, "it does not fire"

When playing as Lando Calrissian, the hero, using any xbox controller, as the character is sprinting towards the target, with default controller settings, pressing both the left bumber and right bumper for the ability, "it does fire"

This does not happen with any other player character such as trooper, office, specialist, or hero such as Han Solo, Chewbacca, Captain Plasma, Boba Fett, etc. ONLY Lando!
