Language problem

so a friend of mine got me this game and i opened it up and..it was in polish? i am greek and i know 0 polish so anyone knows how i fix this?

    @ZeusSniperHyper, I see, in that case, it looks like you have been given a region/language locked version of the game. Unfortunately, it's not possible to change the language of the game if it's locked to one specific language. The Support Team is unfortunately also unable to assist you with this, I am afraid.

    Hey @ZeusSniperHyper,

    It's very well possible that you got a region locked/language locked version of the game and that is therefore is locked to Polish.

    May I ask, how did your friend give you this game? Was this via Origin Gift, or a standalone code?

    @ZeusSniperHyper, hmm, what do you mean exactly with "Origin code"? Do you mean that he gave it to you via a standalone code, that you had to redeem in Origin?

    Same problem i'm locked on english, and i have the game from Xbox GamePass and i use EA Application...

    On origin you could select the language if necessary but on the EA application no...

    @FRDestructor60, glad to hear that you were able to fix it.
    May I ask how you exactly made the game install in the language that you wanted, because I doubt that just a reinstall did this automatically for you?

    @EA_Leeuw I didn't change anything because on the EA application linked to the XBOX gamepass, you can't select a language...

    @ZeusSniperHyper, gotcha. It could be that your friend has given you a region-locked (and therefore also language-locked) code, which has now resulted in that your game only supports this specific language.

    How exactly did you install the game? Was this via Origin for PC?

    @EA_Leeuw Again... the problem is recurrent, we have to reinstall the game at least once a week... the game is not purchased but included in the Xbox GamePass EAPlay offer.

    Adding the language selection option in the game or on the EA application is not complicated!
