Last Jedi preorder bonus missing

I preordered the game from Amazon the 27th of september. I got early access to the beta and the Yoda star card. But I'm missing Rey and Kylo Ren outfits from the last jedi. What do i have to do? Anyo...

@Eldelnas Hi, be sure to check for any other pre-order codes that might have come in an email or with your delivered game.

It looks like you should have had another code -specifically for the Rey and Kylo Ren content - and this hasn't been redeemed.

    No codes in inbox, spam or delivered game. How can I get the code?

      @Eldelnas If you grab your pre-order proof and reach out to support with a live contact they should be able to confirm the pre-order and add the content.

        I already have. They said "contact Amazon, they are the ones selling it". And amazon said "we don't have the code, contact EA."
        What do I do now?
