Hey William822628,

Sorry to hear you're having some trouble getting back in-game. Just based on the information from Sony here regarding that specific error and the fact that the installation doesn't seem to progress, this is sadly sounding like your system may have an issue with its hard drive.

From that point I'd definitely suggest contacting PlayStation Support to see what options they would have to address that particular situation.
