Shut down the game. Restarted. Crate magically appeared. Very glad.
Hello, I participated in the May the Fourth event, signed in on May 4th, received the crate and then opened it. After I got the skin, I turned off the game and didn't return back to it until today, where I found it missing. I'm really bummed that I spent days helping with the command posts only to have that reward taken away. I contacted EA Support to see if they could help, but they told me that I needed proof that I completed the challenge, which you all know I can't do since the event challenge is no longer up, so is there anyway I can email or call DICE support. I would really appreciate it, thank you.
I contacted support yesterday with same issue and via the online chat system they use, the tech asked me a couple of easy questions and simply switched on the EPIC appearance for Leia for me. When I got home there she was! Buns and all!. No crate needed or anything, they just enabled it on the backend somehow. I'd give them another try. They were very quick and easy to work with via chat.
