Can I ask if the problem appeared after one of the updates or it's been in your game since you got? Have you tried to reinstall the game or any other troubleshooting steps? 🤔

Firstly, thanks for the swift reply it's most appreciated.
The problem has been in the game for as long as I can remember, only less prevalent and I've owned this game since launch. I did once reinstall the game but I prefer not do this, as I love playing this game and installation takes forever due to my Internet and game sizes. I haven't tried any other troubleshooting steps as I was unaware any were available. It only occurs however, in the intro cutscene to both Hero Showdown and Heroes versus Villains. (Less so in Hero Showdown).
