Loading Collection Glitch/Bug In Main Menu

Summarize your bug The Collection tab in the main menu doesn't load straight away like it use to before this glitch/ bug occured and thier seems to be a problem with the in game sound.

In what game mode did the bug occur? Arcade Mode
What is your time zone? BST - GMT + 6:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Look in the main menu and see how long it takes for the collection tab to load while connecting to the battlefront 2 servers. 2. See if you notice the sound in the main menu disappearing suddenly or without notice.
What happens when the bug occurs? In doesn't load the collection menu straight away like it used to before this bug/ glitch occurred and the sound in the game menu disappears.
What do you expect to see? This bug or glitch hopefully getting patched up asap it has happened to me twice now and is quite frustrating for me when I just want to inspect my different troopers before I go into a map in the game.
