Local multiplayer on different TVs (PS4/PS5)

I have a PS4 and PS5 in my home and I would like to play local multiplayer on different TVs using both consoles.  Is this possible?  The splitscreen multiplayer is fun but now that we have both systems we want to play in different rooms.  Do I need to have PS+ ?

This goes for either BF1 or BF2.

    Unfortunately it isn't possible to play locally on different consoles. You must both log into online and play an online mode. Arcade Multiplayer only works in the same Console.
