locked/missing upgrades/unlocks and star cards BF2 multiplayer

Hello. having a problem with bf2 Xbox console version, all of my progress, upgrades and star cards are gone when I connect to multiplayer. In lobby before playing MP everything is locked ..any suggestions?

    This happened since when?... not playing for X months? switching to a different device?
