Losing connection to matches with good internet (100 Mbps)
Constantly losing connection to the game without being able to finish it. Happens many times, I would say about half of the games I play, maybe a third. The times I lose connection can vary from right at the beginning (first few minutes) to right at the end, which can be really frustrating if I've gotten a lot of points as the credits never seem to save. Whenever I lose connection, I try to check on my phone as well as on the computer itself if there is any problem with disconnecting to the router or the router having briefly shut down, but there is never an issue under these circumstances - my computer is also plugged directly into the router with an ethernet cable, so it can't be a signal being intercepted if that would be the right wording. Honestly at a loss, it's really annoying to have this happen so often and it would be great if someone could give an idea as to what's happening.

I recommend the basic troubleshooting steps below as a good starting point. If you're still having disconnections, consider opening up the ports listed for Star Wars Battlefront II. That should help improve connectivity to the servers. There is also an option in game where you can select the server ping site under settings. If you're constantly getting disconnected from a server site, toggle one spot to the left or right.Keep in mind that if there are multiple devices on your network streaming or downloading content it can slow down connection speed. I'm not sure if that could be the situation if multiple people in the house are streaming Netflix or downloading at the time when this happens.
