Lost all my battle scenario progression

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:PC
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug I just wanted to play a battle scenario and noticed that all progression were lost, I had completed every scenario and level. I still have all the challenges as proof. I think it may be related to a windows crash I had a couple of weeks ago, which made me lose all key assignments and all I had made and all cards I had selected for all classes/heroes. I have lost all single player progress too. I don't know it it is easy for you to get my campaign and arcade progress back without disturbing other things.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? staale02

Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug?
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM)
In what game mode did the bug occur? Arcade Mode
What is your time zone? ECT - GMT + 1:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Well, I lost progress. AFAIK this has only happened once to me.
What happens when the bug occurs? Lost progression in campaign (still have all completed challenges) Lost progression in arcade (still have all completed challenges) Lost all custom key assignments Lost all card selections (I still have the cards) Not lost any in game credits. Not lost any multiplayer progression.

  • Campaign and arcade progressions are stored locally, while multiplayer progress is stored on DICE's servers.  If you lost local files, you've lost the arcade and campaign progress.  If you completed all the arcade challenges, you should still keep the Han Solo bearded skin though.

Yes, I kept Han Solo's bearded skin.

FYI the loss of campaign and arcade progression managed to spread to my other gaming PC also (located elsewhere), so the files are somehow kept in sync. I guess they are uploaded to the cloud server after the game finishes.
