Lost all my battle scenarios progression

I had all the battle scenarios unlocked and now they are all locked again. I still have Han Solo skin reward though.
Same for the campain progress.

It probably happened at the same time I lost all my equipped cards and game settings a few days back, for whatever reason.
I spent 3 hours with the support to be told to post here in the end... and most of the same issues date back from November.

    I also lost all my assigned star cards, campaign achievements, weapon attachments, key binds....

    PC and I tried many things with support (repair the game, renew dns etc). It's been more than 2 weeks now, it's not a sync issue, progress was lost.

    Also have this issue. Happened twice in the same week. All star card slot where empty and lost progression in arcade.

    Same. Game also crashes my entire system after playing for several minutes.

    Do you all have cloud save enabled or disabled? Sounds like a sync problem. Are both Campaign & Arcade reset? I am on Xbox and have had the same problem when one of my game save files has corrupted. Milestones, credits, levels are usually not effected.
