Lost all Progress switching to ps5

Downloaded battlefront 2 to my ps5 and downloaded my cloud data. When checked my heroes everyone was the correct level but the star cards were missing. My account progress was also reset to level 1 and my pre-order bonus skins were taken away. No fix that I have tried has fixed it. When I did attempt to play as the assault class all of the levels were then reverted to 1. I don't even want to play until I can get this fixed. Please help.
