Have you searched this forum for your issue? There are multiple, existing posts like this one that may help.
I have and the only thing that seems to come up is people waiting for a solution. I was just playing a few months ago. Nothing has changed on my console or EA account. Now all of a sudden my game is glitched and won't let me use my unlocked cards and cosmetics unless I play custom arcade. My class levels and everything is normal in custom games, but when I enter an online match, everything resets to lvl 1. This doesn't make any sense...is there no one that can help me?
