Hey, @darthvader394 When it comes to missing progression, the forums is not the correct avenu for that. Community Managers don't have access to restore data for games. Not in our wheel house of support.
This data is all server-side, so typically, it is a matter of one of the following:
Wrong account
On or more platforms were removed, the EA account
Sync issue to the servers updating your game
Which platform are you playing on?
How long has this been happening?
Have you been playing and then loaded up the games, and it was just gone?

thank you for your response & for helping me
try to fix this. The person I talked to on chat and handled the case said to post here and have it sorted out by a community manager… I left my case open so I will go back and talk to them about it. I appreciate the help even though it’s not in your wheelhouse.
I am on PS5, it’s been happening since I tried to hop on after a few years of away from the game. I had my email address changed in 2021 by support but they assured me that everything would be okay for my games and progression.
Do you think this would be something restorable if it’s a syncing issue?
