lost progress

So I bought SW:BF2 CE about 3 years ago and returned to play after 1.5+ years. But all of my progress and DLCs are gone.
(I understand that this was an issue during a previous update. But I just want my progress back pls)

I cant see any issues from our side on your account I am out of ideas at this stage. @Arzuel

Only thing I can recommend is reaching out to EA Support.

@EA_Atic the second one is the heavy lv 34 with no cards unlock and 1 skill points and the first one is the assault class before reinstalling the game a week back

@Arzuel This is my exact same issue ALL my characters items are locked and my assault class got reverted back to level 1! That was my most used class
