Summarize your bug I own the celebration edition of Star Wars Battlefront 2 but for some reason I lost access to all skins included with the bundle and I have to purchase them even though I just had them.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 4/30/20
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 5:50pm
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? CST - GMT - 6:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I logged on after the latest update and all my skins were locked and have to repurchase them
What happens when the bug occurs? All skins are locked and I have to repurchase them
What do you expect to see? The skins to be returned to me as I have paid for them.
