Lost source crystals because of update.. About four thousand

You don't get crystals in crates. That's what we are saying. Even the description of each crate says so, as it outlines what each crate can contain. Crystals are never in them. They can be used to purchase them, as there is a credit or crystal price listed when buying the crates. No one is putting words in your mouth. You're either incredibly wrong/mistaken or the game is bugged for you if you've actually been getting crystals. If you have, I guarantee you that's not intended and they aren't going to give them to you unless you can show (or they can) that you purchased them or obtained through milestones. Since they turned it off almost from the get go, I don't see how you purchased them. I'm thinking you're confused about the term you're using, if not.... Again, you're game us bugged. EA is not handing out crystals in crates.

Perhaps a visual record maybe of some use.

That can't be right, a tremendous service gives you 500 crystals alone... But there is still no way you're getting anywhere near 4,000 from all the milestones... And crystals aren't given in crates.

@Bejaminharnisch Crystals were never given in crates, full stop. Crafting parts were, and I think this is what you're mixing up with the crystals. 

Either there's a misunderstanding or there's a visual issue/bug, one that appears to be unique to you as I've personally gone through hundreds of posts and logs from folks reporting currency issues. As mentioned if you have an old screenshot or clip showing this balance I'd be very interested in seeing it.

After all is said i still went from some to none.. I dont think that was ever intended, mistake or not
