low fps with good cpu and gpu
CPU : 11th gen Intel(R) core(TM) i5-11600K @ 3,90GHz
GPU : AMD Radeon RX 6600
FPS : 9
What shoould I do ?
Changing to DirectX11 may help. Or changing the GameTime.MaxVariableFps in the Profileoptions_profile file in your Documents folder.
Another thing should fix is to change the power plan or editing the maximum processor state to 90-100%
