It's the problem within the game itself, most likely caused by an update and might require a patch release to be fixed. I'm afraid there's nothing on your side that can be done to completely solve this issue ☹️

Thanks for the info. So if I understand correctly, no one of the more than 10 millions gamers that bought the game can play past the third scenario in the campaign mode?

Playing the previous mission sequence and letting it roll directly into the Luke at Pillio mission resulted in no glitch (essentially, it was like encountering the mission for the first time) - we could play through and complete the mission (assuming you don't die). So players are able to get past this point in the campaign, however the final fix must be provided by the studio.

So is there an ETA for the patch?
This work around didn’t work for me. I recently bought the game and played for the first time, went straight through from the previous mission and had the glitch. Now the game won’t even start it just freezes. Glad I waited for this game to drop to $7, but it still wasn’t worth the roughly 1 hour of entertainment I was able to get out of it.
I just bought this game and played the campaign today and am stuck on the same level. Hurry up and fix this glitch!! People pay money for this and this is the end result. The studio needs to hustle or face the same issue over and over again. It isn't right to do this to customers and fans of star wars
