Major freezing,lag spikes on Xbox one

before patch 2.0, my battlefront 2 game that I pay on the Xbox One played with really good performance. now, after the patch, i am constantly seeing a drop of fps and major lag spikes. When i played any other game on my Xbox, they played fine with no lag issues. I also turned off the "share data" option and i still see the spikes. Can you please help me on this?

Hi @VesicularDavid,

Try doing a power cycle on you Xbox to clear its cache.

Here is how to:
1.Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

I have this issue on apex legends ea claim that it's due to a zayo.com server that is known as a bad routing path. They asked me to ask my isp to change my ping path to there server... of course this can't be done as it's there servers that suck

@VesicularDavid @OhItzThatGuyRage Are you members of the Xbox insiders hub. The reason I ask is that quite a few Xbox players have had problems with the last pre-release update for the xbox. Can't connect etc. Microsoft has a hot fix which will be downloaded to your console if it already hasn't.
