So it seems that Gideon is trying to give an army of death troopers and maybe himself the force through blood transfusion.
This brings back 0-0-0's theory from The Shu-Toran War that droids could use the force if they had blood. This will be interesting too see and make the empire actually a threat. Up intill this point, well, 4 people took out a whole base.
@SwellingFoil266When I saw Gideon’s special WIP Stormtroopers, i thought of Dark Troopers that perhaps Gideon had cloned wanted to give force stuff.
(Although Dark Troopers in legends are droids, in cannon they are actual humans, I think).
- @SuperSpyUU I've never actually heard of these but wookiepedia at least says they were still droids. Which I suppose brings us back to 0-0-0 saying that if droids were given blood they could use the force (never proven though I suppose).
Also did the imperial base seem like it was the same design or at least based off of the zeffo base in fallen order (Where you climb around the landing platform and there's a Jotaz on top).
I was kinda hoping they would run into some yellow ropes to be honest.- @SwellingFoil266 Yeah, when I had initially checked the article it didn’t specifically say they where droids, but its now updated to say that they are in fact droids.
My theory is now that they are going to be force sensitive stormtroopers that Gideon plans to use to restore the Empire (It won’t work), and they will wear armour that is dark and menacing.
But hey, that’s just a theory. But the question is whether or not they will get some sort of lightsaber or if they get blasters.
- @Commander_Ney0 They might get weapons similar to purge troopers or magna guards. Something that could stand up to a lightsaber in combat.
- @Commander_Ney0 I think they will probably get both, with some mainly using lightsabers (with a holdout blaster as a sidearm), while others might use heavy blaster rifles.
