@ToddyRocket1Yeah the Yoda quote I think is being taken too literal. He said that in response to Obi-Wan naming Luke as their only hope, not in the fact there is no other force user. Vader would just own whoever else showed up like he did in Jedi Fallen Order and Rebels without even a second thought about it.
Luke and Leia as his children could actually reach Anakin and thus promote conflict within Vader. Dave Filoni made it clear that only Vader's children could reach him in this way. Dave talked about it after Ahsoka faced off with Vader and how she could never turn him like Luke did.
