Certain character selection causes game to crash

I purchased this game on 3/26/26 for my kids. They are having issues with the game crashing if they try to play as Kylo Ren, Darth Maul or Yoda. I am trying to report this to EA but they say I have to write it in here. There's no error code thrown, no message. It acts like it's going to load and then goes back to our XBOX home screen.
