Random thoughts on the last episode I watched...
That trooper (who handled the mortar) with orange paint on his armor, & the orange shoulder pad, looks visually reminiscent of Clone Wars. I remember the Shock Troopers in EA's SWBF had red paint marking on their armor but they always seemed so out of place with no other observable (in-game) troopers having markings like that. Seeing the painted orange trooper in The Mando was neat. I liked seeing them.
After the first wave failed, when the second batch of troopers landed, I imagined Moff 'Giddy was sitting in ATMO on a Star Destroyer, giggling in a chair as he observed the events below, waving his hand saying; "Okay, now you go!" (to the second vessel.) He was just toying with them.
Boba's presence seemed to cause a lot of the problems which hurt the chances of Din saving the kid from that day. I can't help but wonder all kinds of things about 'Bobes right now. So many questions come to mind - mostly concerning why he was dressed like a Tusken (& using tusken weapons). As well as Bobas life over the past years. Was that a costume he'd acquired while searching for a means to get his armor back, and then by extension while searching for Din, or has Boba seriously been living among the Tuskens on Tatooine all this time?
I get the sense that Mayfield is going to cause as much problems for the Mando as he possibly can. He might even want to spring some of the others who were a part of his crew... 'May probably wont care that the killer droid was blown up with the Razor Crest, but I bet he'll use that as leverage over the Mando in his favor... To guilt the Mando into doing what he normally wouldn't.
