Massive lag when opening loot boxes

Question

&nbsp;When I am opening loot box it turns into a massive laggy screen. It's terrible to watch While I do this I can see that my fps is stable at 90-120 fps. I'm using MSI gaming app to watch the fps. Also when a multiplayer game is over, the screen is freezing for 5 seconds and then its all right. When I'm watching the fps then it says 3 however, I get 1000-1500 fps when it's not lagging.&nbsp;Right now I`am using a 1050ti graphics card and a i5 7400 processor. When I`m playing the game it runs fine and I get no lag.&nbsp;How can I remove this massive lag?Plz help

@zFlatin02&nbsp;Hi, do you still have this issue?&nbsp;If so, can you try restarting your system with a Clean Boot and check if anything changes?https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

It’s been like this since the beginning. So many of the animations and cut scenes cause ridiculous frame lag even on a high end system.
