I was actually having fun with this game mode and then it went downhill. Starfighter assault rubber banding makes the game mode unplayable. Narrowly avoiding wreckage and precisely shooting down targets is what this mode is about and you cannot do that when everyone is jumping all over the place. This was fine for a couple days after launch and now is terrible every single game.
This is not getting enough attention and needs to be fixed asap as it renders the game mode unusable! Please look into this DICE server team!!
it occurs not only in starfighter mode; I encountered this problem in the other modes aswell.
for example in galactic assault on the ground as a trooper AND in the air with starfighters.
also
as you can see in the upper left corner my fps doesn't drop while lag.
so I guess that's definitively a problem with EA / DICE server.For sure this is not on your side. If others are complaining about the same thing in the exact same manner it is most likely on their end. Its unfortunate that Galactic Conquest lags for you too, I can at least play that without lagging, but I loved Starfighter assault and was looking forward to it for a long time. That is the game mode I want to play and it should be playable ☹️
