Meregd from Origin to EA and game has vanished
Just rebuilt my machine and was forced to change from Origin to EA. Previously installed game has vanished and keep getting message that its been installed by a different user. I only have one account, same e-mail and have copy receipt showing the same e-mail as used. HELP
As you are clearly having an account issue, you will need to contact EA support directly to get that resolved.
