My next question then, how much of an impact does the micro transaction have on the single player campaign? I'm looking into getting this game for my birthday, and I don't have internet at my house, so I only play offline content. Doesn't bother me too much if the micro transactions are there or not. It's not like my opinion that they're akin to gambling matters.

Yeah if you don't have internet do not buy this game.

I did get part of the way through campaign, it was interesting enough. I just didn't get to mess around with the other offline content.

I guess you will have to take us at our word. Without Internet its not worth your money. And even with Internet, its not worth your time with all the exploits, glitches, bugs, lol.. just read the forums and make up your own mind.
- 8 years agoThe campaign is mere hours worth of play. That is the only offline content. The rest is gonna require you to be online. This is not a stand alone game. Go play Skyrim or Dragon Age or something like that if you aren't going to use a connection. Problem is, with PC anyway, you're gonna need to be online to even play the games as they run through Origin. Most games won't really be accessible offline, especially any multi-player game.
