Milestone not recognising completion?!?

Could someone from EA PLEASE just let us know when you’re going to be fixing the Milestone issue whereby you complete said milestone but aren’t able claim any rewards- most people experiencing it on Multiplayer Wepon based unlocks!

    @james46074 Hi, unfortunately we very rarely get concrete ETAs for fixes. It does happen from time to time, but as mentioned it is rare. 

    I do know that this is being worked on, but unfortunately our hands are tied on what info we can give out on this.

    Oh yes. Hopefully it happens when I'm working/in the office, but one of the team should be around to update the threads.

    Patch is much anticipated, have not been able to claim any milestone achievements now for a couple of weeks...

    Heroes - Yoda - back nothing you shall hold.
    Heroes - Finn - incredibly brave
    Multiplayer- take it to the stars

    These are the milestones I have completed and are unable to collect.

    I can't claim the dc15le exploding shot achivment put some great time on to it plz fix
