Which part of it? Persistent
Summarize your bug I accomplished 2 of 5 for the Hero challenge "Fear Is My Ally" which was shown at the end of the round. After the round ended, I quit the match and checked the challenge under Heroes. There, it still shows as 0 of 5.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? the-creative-pup
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 12/31/2017
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 08:40 PM
In what game mode did the bug occur? Heroes vs. Villains
What is your time zone? PST - GMT - 8:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to complete the challenge and watch as your accomplishments aren't recognized by the pathetic rewards system.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing being counted for challenge.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my kills counted for "Fear is My Ally" challenge.

Happening to me as well on PS4. I'm having this issue with multiple milestones
I am experiencing the same issue on PS4. I have also noticed this on Phasma's 30 staff hits milestone.
