The Deluxe Edition only works for the account on which you made the purchase. Even if it was a physical purchase, you get the code and get the content only on the account where you redeemed it.

Sigh, this is not the first time.
Why don't you make this known in advance? I always buy my games through a primary account to be used by a different account. I (and I'm sure many others) would have bought this directly for the subordinate account....
Is there a way to transfer the content between accounts? I didn't claim the carts on the main account.
Will canceling the pre-order and reordering it again (is it still available on PS4 store?) achieve this?
